Qualifications of the Principal

Mr. Stein is a Certified General Appraiser. He has focused on matters relating to commercial real estate appraisal since 1991. His experience includes appraisal analysis, highest and best use analysis, feasibility analysis, and due diligence reporting. Mr. Stein is experienced at the appraisal of retail, office, industrial, multi-family residential, special use developments and acreage. Mr. Stein is a Qualified Expert Witness in the Superior Court of the Sate of California, County of Los Angeles.
